Former President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social on Tuesday a document that he wanted to read in court during his civil fraud trial, but which Judge Arthur Engoron refused to allow.

The document was a disclaimer clause stating that the valuations on his properties were subjective and could not be guaranteed to be accurate.

"Considerable judgment is necessary to interpret market data," it began, and went on, "the estimates presented herein are not necessarily indicative of the amounts that could be realized" if the properties were sold.

Trump said that Engoron was trying to ignore the disclaimer because it gives context to the way the properties were valued.

During Trump's testimony, Engoron said, “We are not here to hear what he has to say."

Trump's response: “This is a very unfair trial. Very, very and I hope the public is watching.”
