Trump Gag Order Reinstated, But With Narrower Terms

 December 9, 2023

Special Counsel Jack Smith has always hoped to keep former President Donald Trump as silent as possible.

Liberals don't want Trump to be able to post on social media or talk to the news about his ongoing trials, otherwise, the general public might eventually hear the truth.

They want Trump as quiet as they can force him to be.

That's why it was such a huge win for Trump to get even a little bit of breathing room on his gag order in recent days.

An appeals court on Dec. 8, however, reinstated restrictions on Trump's speech about the federal election subversion case brought against him in our nation's capital but did so with a narrowed scope.

It's not exactly free speech, but it's definitely a little bit closer than the last gag order imposed against Trump allowed.

Trump is now allowed to speak freely about Smith, someone about whom Americans deserve to hear the truth.

I have a feeling we're going to hear it very soon now.
