Trump Favorability Rating Has Surged 15 Points Since Last Month

 January 20, 2023

After the midterms and going into December, Donald Trump looked dead in the water.

His midterm endorsements didn't do as well as he had hoped, and he angered conservatives by publicly attacking Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and privately going after his wife.

He LOOKED dead in the water.

Apparently, he wasn't.

Here we are, in the middle of January 2023, and Donald Trump is the CLEAR frontrunner among Republicans to represent the party in the 2024 election. That looked like it would NEVER be the case just a short month ago.

But this is Donald Trump we're talking about.

People have written him off before. On election day 2016, the New York Times gave him just a 4% chance of defeating Hillary Clinton.

That was all he needed.

His net-favorability rating is up about 15 points in just the last month, showing that he and his supporters are NOT going away.

Sure, Donald Trump might be the ONLY Republican in the 2024 field right now. But he's still the best Republican in the field right now.
