Trump Accuses Smith Of Interfering With 2024 Election

Democrats know that they have very little shot at beating Donald Trump fair and square in the 2024 election.

As a result, they're doing whatever they can to prevent him from getting to that point.

One strategy has been to allege that Donald Trump is ineligible to appear on the ballot. Such challenges have already been made and failed in Colorado, Michigan, and Minnesota.

Another strategy has been to present so many legal problems that Trump simply won't have the time, money, and energy to put the required resources into the 2024 election.

Trump thinks that's about all Special Counsel Jack Smith is trying to do.

Smith knows he doesn't have enough evidence or support to ACTUALLY take down Trump, so the plan is just to keep the former president so tied up that he doesn't have enough resources to compete in 2024.

"Why didn’t the Deranged Jack Smith 'Team' file their lawsuit 3 years ago? Because they wanted to file it right in the middle of my campaign, that’s why," Trump posted on social media. "Now, all of a sudden, they want to RUSH. ELECTION INTERFERENCE!"
