Tim Walz snaps over Trump McDonalds appearance in angry Rant
Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz went on an unhinged rant on social media in reaction to Trump's viral McDonald's appearance, which has turned into an incredibly successful move for his presidential campaign.
Trump worked the line and served food to customers in what was presumably heavily secured McDonald's, a move that had been planned since Vice President Kamala Harris was caught falsely claiming she had worked at one of the restaurants in the '80s.
Walz saw this and the positive coverage it generated and couldn't resist hopping on X to go on a tirade against Trump.
Walz wrote, "This guy spent decades stiffing workers' pay, cut overtime benefits for millions of people, and opposed any effort to raise the minimum wage. You know who has actually worked at McDonald's, joined workers on picket lines, and fights for working people?@KamalaHarris."
No evidence has surfaced that Harris ever worked at McDonald's, and she likely made that claim in order to try and sell herself as a middle-class American instead of the child of wealthy, educated parents who raised her in affluent parts of Montreal.
Walz's attack on Trump looked desperate and bitter and further propagated the very lie that Trump was highlighting. Harris wants to sell herself as a regular American when she is anything but, and Trump is exposing her at every turn.
