President Biden thought it would be a good idea to play games with words during his interview on 60 minutes this week.

Biden declared that the inflation rate is up "just an inch, hardly at all" while holding his fingers out to demonstrate what an inch is.

Inflation, however, is the highest it has ever been.

60 minute interviewer and reporter Scott Pelley reminded President Biden that the annual inflation rate came in at 8.3 percent in August.

“I’m telling the American people that we’re going to get control of inflation,” President Joe Biden tells Scott Pelley. Mr. Biden says his plan to avoid a recession is to “continue to grow the economy.” https://t.co/7SixTE3OMT pic.twitter.com/iwUl3NW4kE

— 60 Minutes (@60Minutes) September 19, 2022

Pelley reminded Biden that it was the highest inflation rate in 40 years, Biden replied, "I got that. But guess what we are. We’re in a position where, for the last several months, it hasn’t spiked. It has just barely — it’s been basically even."

The interview revealed just how deeply President Biden has buried his head in the sand. Either that or he's literally too ignorant to be leading a country and should be retired in a rocking chair somewhere remote.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is calling for Mexican cartels to be dismantled, calling them terrorist organizations that need to be destroyed once and for all.

"Abbott designated specific Mexican cartels as terrorist organizations and ordered the Department of Public Safety to begin dismantling their infrastructure," reported Breitbart.

"The move comes as record levels of the deadly drug fentanyl are being pushed across the border," reported Breitbart.

"Fentanyl is a clandestine killer, and Texans are falling victim to the Mexican cartels that are producing it," Governor Abbott said during a border security round table.

"Cartels are terrorists, and it’s time we treated them that way. In fact, more Americans died from fentanyl poisoning in the past year than all terrorist attacks across the globe in the past 100 years. In order to save our country, particularly our next generation, we must do more to get fentanyl off our streets," Abbott said.

"The governor identified the Sinaloa and Jalisco New Generation Cartels (CJNG) as terrorist organizations. He requested President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris create federal terrorist designations for these cartels and others producing and distributing fentanyl," according to Breitbart.

Comedian and talk-show host Charlamagne tha God has vindicated Republican Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida.

"Charlamagne tha God declared on his Comedy Central show Monday evening that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was a 'genius' for exposing the hypocrisy of Democrats by sending migrants to wealthy Martha’s Vineyard," reported Breitbart.

"The rich, liberal enclave, which posts signs official declaring that immigrants are welcome in the community, declared a crisis last week when a mere 50 migrants showed up and moved them off the island to a nearby military base within 48 hours," reported Breitbart.

"While Democrats, the pundit class, and much of Hollywood denounced DeSantis, even comparing the Florida governor to Adolf Hitler, Charlemagne — who is no conservative — celebrated DeSantis for exposing Democrats' virtue-signaling fraud," reported Breitbart.

"I personally think it's genius."

President Joe Biden is being blasted for declaring the coronavirus pandemic "over," while at the same time failing to retract vaccine mandates.

Critics are roasting Biden, saying he shouldn't have made that declaration if he isn't going to lift military vaccine mandates and emergency powers.

"We still have a problem with COVID. We’re still doing a lot of work on it. It’s — but the pandemic is over," Biden said.

"If you notice, no one’s wearing masks. Everybody seems to be in pretty good shape. And so I think it’s changing. And I think this is a perfect example of it," Biden added.

"Critics were quick to point to the discrepancies in Biden’s statement, as some are still subject to vaccine mandates and emergency powers are still intact," reported Breitbart.

If “the pandemic is over” as Biden says, then all of the President’s emergency powers predicated on a pandemic, all COVID vax mandates, the emergency powers of every governor, Emergency Use Authorizations, and the PREP act should all be voided tomorrow.https://t.co/bQZLZ5QGrv

Biden admitted last night that the COVID pandemic is over.

In other words, there is no ‘ongoing emergency’ to justify his proposal for student loan handouts.

Democrat-run Philadelphia is seeing on average eight people shot each and every day.

The report reflect numbers between Memorial Day 2022 and Labor Day 2022.

"Last year, more than 560 people were killed in homicides — the overwhelming majority by guns — and another 1,800 were wounded by bullets. It was the city’s most violent year ever. This year’s pace has been worse," The Inquirer reported.

Philadelphia's mayor Jim Kenney, a Democrat, of course, has suggested that only police officers should have guns.

Kenney spoke to reporters after two Philadelphia police officers were shot on July 4.

"It was a chilled back day, beautiful weather. But we live in America where we have the Second Amendment and we have the Supreme Court of the United States telling everybody they can carry a gun wherever they want," Kenney said.

He added, "I was in Canada two weeks ago and never thought about a gun. The only people I knew who had guns in Canada were police officers."

Kenney added, "That’s the way it should be here."

Kenney clearly thinks taking guns away from citizens will solve the problem, but research and history show that taking guns away from people and making them defenseless is not the answer.

The illegal aliens Florida Governor Ron DeSantis flew in to Martha's Vineyard only account for 0.001% of Biden's border crisis.

"Martha’s Vineyard recently saw the arrival of 50 illegal aliens, a drop in the ocean compared to American border communities that have seen nearly five million border crossings since President Joe Biden took office," reported Breitbart.

"This week, Martha’s Vineyard officials deemed Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s (R) sending 50 illegal aliens to the elite coastal island a 'humanitarian crisis.' The island is home to former President Obama’s vacation estate, which boasts 29 acres and seven bedrooms," reported Breitbart.

"DeSantis, on Wednesday, announced he sent two planes carrying illegal aliens from Venezuela to Martha’s Vineyard after Texas and Arizona for months have been busing thousands to New York City, Chicago, and Washington, DC," according to Breitbart.

Democrats are mad because in #MarthasVineyard @GovRonDeSantis exposed that they are on the “wrong” side of the class divide that they exploit for propaganda purposes, election after election. They are the entitled class; they impose costs on the middle class, and screw the rest.

It is being reported that former President Donald Trump could be charged with "flat-out obstruction of justice."

"MSNBC host Joe Scarborough said Wednesday on his show 'Morning Joe' that it was 'obvious' former President Donald Trump could be charged with obstruction of justice based on the back and forth with the Department of Justice over classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago," reported Breitbart.

Co-host of the show, Willie Geist, asked, "The filing lays out again how long it took to get this stuff. It comes out in dribs and drabs. You get some of it in January, 15 boxes of highly classified material. That’s not all of it. They go back in June. They get 50 boxes. They say 50 boxes are remaining. Does this get at it all? Does it show the Justice Department might be pursuing obstruction in some way?"

Scarborough answered, "Based on the fact pattern that is out there in the press, the fact pattern that really all sides have admitted to, one charge, potential charge really does seem more obvious than others even right now, and that is flat-out obstruction of justice—lying, claiming that you have given back all the top-secret documents and all the documents that Trump had stolen from the White House, a government building, and taken down to Mar-a-Lago."

"They just lied about it and lied to the FBI about it," Scarborough said. "Again, let’s just keep it to the standard of no man is above the law. Anybody else would have been in jail for doing that. It’s that simple."

Co-host Jonathan Lemire added, "Legal experts have zeroed in on the obstruction possibility, Joe. You’re right about that – that the lawyers said everything was returned. It wasn’t."

Graham is introducing a "15-week pain-capable abortion bill as radical leftist Democrats move to codify the so-called right to abortion — which the Supreme Court dismissed after overturning Roe v. Wade this year — into law," reports Breitbart.

"Activists and Democrat leaders have mourned the end of Roe, which sends the decision regarding abortion law back to the states," reported Breitbart.

"Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority," Justice Samuel Alito said.

"We now overrule those decisions and return the authority to the people and their elected representatives," Alito added.

Republican Representative Elise Stefanik of New York announced her bid to serve a second term as the House Republican Conference chair.

"Stefanik released a statement on Tuesday, announcing her intention to run as the House Republican Conference chair," reported Breitbart News.

Stefanik explained in a statement:

"For the next 56 days, I’m laser-focused on working to ensure we earn a historic Republican Majority. I am proud to have unified the entire Republican Conference around our country in crisis message and shattered fundraising records as House GOP Conference Chair raising over $10M for candidates and committees this cycle."

"With the broad support of NY21 and my House GOP colleagues, I intend to run for Conference Chair in the next Congress."

Republican Representative Ashley Hinson of Iowa voiced her support of Stefanik’s announcement, saying she has done a great job as Conference chair.

Hinson said, "Rep. Elise Stefanik has done an incredible job as our Conference chair and I’m proud to be on her team and support her. We will continue to work together to take back the House in November and get our country back on the right track."

Greenbay Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers dropped a bomb on his home state's leadership, saying California is "going to sh*t."

"He is a native of 'The Golden State,' but that doesn’t mean that Aaron Rodgers is a fan of how California is currently being run. In fact, the Packers signal-caller believes California is 'going to Shaun*t,'" reported Breitbart.

"State’s going to s–t, but I’m hanging on," Rodgers said about California.

"Rodgers particularly took aim at the state’s COVID policies, which, he says, gutted small businesses in his small hometown," reported Breitbart.

"I grew up in a small town, very little cases up in Chico, California, but all the small businesses? F*ck*ng gone," Rodgers said.

"Consistent with his recent appearance on the Joe Rogan podcast, Rodgers also advocated for the ability of citizens to make medical decisions for themselves without government mandates," reported Breitbart.

"I think there’s a lot of people that believe that you should have your own decision-making on your own medical decisions," Rodgers said. "My thing is I have an issue with the hypocrisy in society in general and I know you do as well, but abortion has been a hot topic, right. And especially after Roe v. Wade got overturned and sent back to the states, or whatever. I don’t believe the government should have any control over what we do with our bodies."

"As much as I might lean more pro life, I don’t want the government to tell me I can’t smoke a cigar, I can’t have a drink of alcohol, I can’t choose my own medical decisions. And if I’m a woman, don’t f–king tell me what to do. Like whether or not I agree with what you decide to do, who cares? And the government should not have a decision that infringes upon my own personal freedoms."

Well, Aaron, murdering babies is a whole lot different than "having drink of alcohol or smoking a cigar."

Maybe Rodgers should stick to recognizing California is going to sh*t and playing football.
