House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) said Wednesday on ABC that if Republicans retake the House majority they are going to use their power to investigate President Joe Biden.

Hoyer said, “[L]et me tell you what’s going to happen if the Republicans take over the House, they’ve said what they’re going to do. They’re going to investigate the President of the United States. They’re going to try to tear him down, and our country is going to be deeply divided."

The Democrat leader blamed Republicans for the division in the country and claimed that Biden "has worked all his life in trying to create bipartisanship," despite the fact that he effectively called Trump supporters "semi-fascists" and insinuated that they were domestic terrorists in a speech less than two weeks ago.

Once again, the pot is calling the kettle black.

And investigating Biden is not only desired, but necessary given the fact that many of his policies are blatantly illegal and are destroying the country so many people worked and gave their lives to build.

The former head of the National Counterterrorism Center at the National Security Council under Donald Trump, Kash Patel, is praising the Breitbart film My Son Hunter as "fantastic" and "wonderful," an example of how to do right-wing entertainment in the culture.

“I think you can relate to [The Plot Against the King] with your fantastic movie about Hunter Biden,” Patel remarked. “If we don’t come in and fill the space with truthful educational material, then the left is going to come in with their disinformation campaigns and fill it for us, or force their state legislators to shove down CRT and gender dynamics.”

Patel has begun publishing children's books that give "accurate" history instead of some of the distortions of history prevalent on the left today.

Liberals, of course, are already making fun of the books and trying to debunk them as misinformation.

It is difficult to debunk My Son Hunter when the stories within were taken from public records and a laptop that has been authenticated by major liberal news sources like the Washington Post and New York Times, however.

Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) reportedly now thinks Republicans have a better chance to retake the Senate majority after looking at recent polls that show tightening in key races.

McConnell had been skeptical of Republicans' chances because he didn't think National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) chair Rick Scott (R-FL)'s plan of spending heavy early in key races would work.

Scott's strategy was to define Democrats early and impact media polling.

Races in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Nevada are now within the margin of error after Democrats had held larger leads. In Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida, Republican candidates hold leads over their Democrat opponents.

There is still some squabbling over Trump-backed Blake Masters in Arizona, but for the most part Republicans seem to be getting on the same page.

Another true fact contained in the Breitbart movie My Son Hunter is that then-Vice President Joe Biden threatened to withhold a billion dollars from Ukraine unless it fired the prosecutor that was investigating his son Hunter Biden for corruption in business dealings there.

“I said, I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars. I said, you’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours,” Biden told the audience at a 2018 Council of Foreign Relations appearance.

“I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a b***h. He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time,” he continued.

Biden seemed to be proud of his actions even though then-President Donald Trump got impeached for doing less than this.

He obviously thinks he is untouchable, and so far, sadly, he has been proven right.

Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) said Monday on Fox Business that while Biden looks "incoherent" and "incapacitated," it would be great to see him run again in 2024.

“I mean, he is out,” Scott said to Maria Bartiromo. “He’s incoherent. He’s incapacitated. I do hope he runs again. I’m going to start a campaign to make sure he runs again because I know we’ll win the presidency in ’24."

Scott is counting on Biden's continued unpopularity in order to bring about his defeat in 2024.

"I mean, he is so unpopular in this country," Scott said. "Nobody wants to campaign with him. His policies are horrible. Look at where we are.”

"There’s nothing he’s touched that he’s done a good job with. He ought to – I mean, if he wants to do something good for the American public, he needs to resign right now. Let’s start fixing this country,” he concluded.

While Democrats continually point fingers at former President Donald Trump's supposed connection with Russia, they have yet to explain why Hunter Biden, son to the current president, got $3.5 million from Elena Baturina, the richest woman in Russia and the widow of Yury Luzhkov, the former mayor of Moscow, in 2014.

A report by Senate Republicans said that her involvement with Biden was a "financial relationship" but didn't elaborate.

The payment from Russia's only billionaire went to Biden's investment firm Rosemont Seneca Partners.

“Kremlin connected oligarchs are not in the habit of writing multimillion dollar checks with no strings attached. So, what did she get for her money?" author and Breitbart contributor Peter Schweizer asked.

The report was featured in the film My Son Hunter, recently released by Breitbart as its first feature film.

New reports say that Facebook employees spied on the private messages of conservatives and passed along and anti-government or anti-authority information to the FBI, as well as anything that expressed doubt in the 2020 election.

Red-flagged messages were also sent to the domestic terrorism operational unit at the FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C. without a subpoena, but sources said the effort ended up being a waste of time.

The employees only targeted conservatives in their actions, but had to concede that none of them were actually violent.

“They were gun-toting, red-blooded Americans [who were] angry after the election and shooting off their mouths and talking about staging protests. There was nothing criminal, nothing about violence or massacring or assassinating anyone,” a source said.

I wonder how many violent lefties were ignored at the same time?

Just days after Vice President Kamala Harris declared the border secure, Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) sent two busloads of illegal immigrants to Harris's residence.

"The border is secure, but we also have a broken immigration system, in particular, over the last four years before we came in, and it needs to be fixed," she said on CNN.

She also said, "We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration."

Breitbart argued that the 2.5 million migrants that have come into the country have benefitted CEOs and investors in Biden's campaign, but have hurt regular Americans by slowing wage growth at a time of great inflation.

This is Democrats' incentive to continue with the disastrous immigration policies Biden started when he took office and has continued unabated.

It's hard to know whether House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is just trying to maintain a positive narrative or whether she's delusional as she insists that the Democrat party will gain seats in the House with the midterm elections.

"Yes indeed," Pelosi said when Punchbowl News asked her whether Democrat seats would be gained.

Her comments made her the object of ridicule by many, considering that most research suggests that Republicans would gain enough seats to retake the majority.

“Yes, you read that right,” Punchbowl responded to the comments. “Seriously. They’re saying this.”

Republican National Committee’s Deputy Communications Director Nathan Brand posted a meme on Twitter about Pelosi's assertion that read, “Are you sure about that?”

A new Convention of States Action/Trafalgar Group poll showed that a healthy majority of Americans think President Joe Biden is doing more to divide the country than unite it, despite his insistence that he wants to unite the country.

In the poll, 58.7% of respondents said they believe Biden has divided the country since taking office. Only 20% said they thought he united the country, and the rest weren't sure.

Not even 50% of Democrats said Biden has united the country, with only 43% expressing that opinion.

The poll was taken after Biden's anti-MAGA speech in which he demonized roughly half of the country and called them a threat to it.

Vaccine mandates in 2021 were another source of division spurred by Biden.
