Supreme Court Must Save West Coast From Homeless Insanity

 July 11, 2023

There are many reasons underlying the west coast's homelessness problem, but the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit just may be among the most significant.

That part of the country has been overrun with plague-infested homeless camps, and poor liberal policies and court decisions should shoulder a large part of the blame for that fact.

The 9th Circuit has invented the idea that it is legal to camp (permanently) in a public park.

That decision is one of the reasons for the cycle of homelessness and disease plaguing these poor people.

The Washington Examiner has proposed fixing the problem by taking the solution to homelessness out of America's federal courts and returning it to democratically-elected leaders, just like what happened with abortion once Roe v. Wade was overturned.

What do you think? Do you think letting local leaders establish their own homelessness policies and decisions would be a positive or a negative thing? Let us know in the comments below.
