Supreme Court Justices Don't Have To Play Jack Smith's Games

 December 17, 2023

Special Counsel Jack Smith is currently trying to drag America's Supreme Court justices into the political circus that surrounds his handling of Donald Trump's trial.

The only question now is, how much will the justices play along with Jack Smith's games?

According to a recent opinion piece in the Wall Street Journal, the Supreme Court really doesn't have to play along with anything Smith is doing here.

America knows that Smith isn't actually trying to make proper use of America's justice system, he's simply using it as a tool to disrupt Trump's march toward 2024 as much as possible.

Unfortunately for Smith, his quest to get the Supreme Court involved might not end up being as fruitful as he would have hoped.

Unlike most people with whom Jack Smith comes into contact, the justices of America's Supreme Court aren't going to be intimidated.

They don't have to play his political games if they don't want to, and that's something that Smith hasn't encountered much lately.

How will he handle the possible rejection?

Only time will tell.
