Supreme Court Allows Biden To Cut Texas Border Barrier

The U.S. Supreme Court has decided on President Joe Biden’s request to cut fencing installed by the state of Texas at the southern border.

Biden’s administration received the green light to take the fence down.

The fence was originally built to protect anyone who may think it is a good spot to make a dangerous river crossing.

The portion of the Rio Grande where the fence lies is known as a notoriously hazardous spot with strong currents.

The fence was never built just to keep people out; it was built to keep people safe.

Taking it down will only make things worse for people on both sides!

Despite these facts, the Supreme Court still ruled in a 5-4 decision to allow the federal government to take the fence down and allow unlimited numbers of illegal immigrants to cross the river into our country.

Texas, which sued the government to stop the fence from being removed, must be seething over this decision.

The government needs to recognize just how ridiculous the decision to remove the fence is, no matter how you look at it!
