Supreme Court Agrees To Weight Trump's Criminal Immunity Claim

 February 29, 2024

The verdict regarding former President Donald Trump is IN.

The U.S. Supreme Court has officially accepted the job of making the decision about whether Trump can be criminally prosecuted for his behavior after losing the 2020 election.

Trump took to Truth Social to let everyone know his feelings on the matter.

He is “extremely thankful” that the SCOTUS will take his case.

“Without Presidential Immunity, a President will not be able to properly function, or make decisions, in the best interest of the United States of America. Presidents will always be concerned, and even paralyzed, by the prospect of wrongful prosecution and retaliation after they leave office. This could actually lead to the extortion and blackmail of a President,” Trump also said on Truth Social.

Now, all we have to do is wait for a decision from the justices to see what fate has in store for Trump.

Do you think they will rule in his favor?
