Soccer Player Dies On Field After Being Struck By Lightning

A video has captured the horrific moment a soccer player was struck by lightning in the middle of a game in Indonesia.

The man was identified as Septain Raharja.

The footage was posted on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

The post wrote said, " Lightning struck a man during a football match in Indonesia.”

In the video, Raharja immediately collapsed after the lightning bolt hits him.

The players on the field all ran toward their teammate to help.

According to reports, Raharja was originally breathing after the initial strike.

However, sadly, he did die before he reached the hospital.

Now, the gut-wrenching video has gone viral on social media.

We cannot even imagine how horrendous it would be to lose someone you love in such a terrible way.
