Sienna Hubert-Ross accuses boyfriend Oliver Lane of assault

A lawsuit claims that Oliver Lane, the son of a former Morgan Stanley banker, "tried to suffocate his comedian girlfriend with a pillow after punching and biting her in a jealous rage."

Lane was arrested after the "horrific" attack.

His girlfriend may be of special notoriety to fans (or haters) of Kamala Harris.

Comedienne Sienna Hubert-Ross rose to fame because of her impressions of Kamala Harris.

Now, she's most famous for being the victim of a brutal beating.

According to the DailyM ail, "Oliver Lane, 26, allegedly dragged Sienna Hubert-Ross around their Manhattan apartment, choking and slapping her before pinning her down and trying to murder her."

The court complaint filed by Hubert-Ross claims that she "managed to ring her mom and a friend during the 'savage' August 8 attack." Unfortunately, those Hubert-Ross contacted "could only contemporaneously listen, helplessly horrified and stunned as they heard Lane's fists pounding Hubert-Ross while she screamed in terror and pleaded with him to let her live."

Hubert-Ross and her team claim that Lane was trying to kill her and only stopped once he "disabled" himself by putting his fist through a glass door.

Hubert-Ross has filed a $20,000,000 lawsuit as a result of the attack.
