Several illegal migrants involved in beating NYPD officers charged

 February 1, 2024

President Joe Biden's immigration crisis continues to wreak havoc on American citizens, including violent interactions that place us all in great danger.

Two NYPD officers, including a lieutenant, were assaulted recently by asylum-seeking thugs. The violent incident occurred in broad daylight, and video footage of the attack instantly went viral.

The attack took place over the weekend near Times Square, and it was all caught on camera.

According to ABC News, at least six of the attackers have now been charged as a result of their violent actions against the NYPD officers.

It was reported that at least eight additional suspects are being sought by authorities.

ABC noted:

Police and prosecutors from the Manhattan district attorney’s office are investigating whether the first four defendants, who were released without bail, subsequently boarded a bus to California using fake names.

Police sources said the four provided phony names to a nonprofit group working with the city on migrant issues before boarding the bus. Workers were able to identify the men from their mug shots, which have circulated in the media.

One of the suspects in the brazen attack, Yohenry Brito, was arraigned on Thursday. He's being held on a $15,000 bail and is the first to be held on bail, according to the outlet.

One of the suspects who was almost immediately released from custody went viral after camera footage showed him flipping two middle fingers as he walked away free.

The district attorney overseeing the situation released a statement.

"We are continuing to investigate the incident," the DA's statement read. "We now have additional video surveillance that was not available at the time of arraignment and are continuing to speak to witnesses in order to determine the specific role of each defendant."

NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell told reporters he believes those involved in the cowardly attack "should be sitting in Rikers right now, on bail. Should be indicted this week and taken off our streets."

These incidents continue to happen as the Biden administration continues to let tens of thousands of illegals pour across the southern border and ultimately end up in our neighborhoods.

Trump has vowed to begin mass deportations of such people should he win the White House. Let's hope that happens.
