Senator Ted Budd Endorses Trump For 2024

April 14, 2023

Former President Donald Trump received even more positive news on April 13.

North Carolina Republican Senator Ted Budd announced he would support Trump's 2024 presidential candidacy.

Budd said that America should turn to Trump because "hardworking, everyday families need a return of the America First agenda to restore prosperity and peace."

Tedd Budd and Donald Trump have been buddies for a while now. Trump gave the North Carolinian a strong endorsement leading up to midterms that just may have helped Budd secure his Senate seat in 2022.

That was quite a swing for Trump, as Budd replaced retiring Sen. Richard Burr.

Although Burr was a Republican as well, he was one of the most prominent critics of Trump in America.

Other Republican Senators who have already endorsed Trump for 2024 are Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, Cindy Hyde Smith of Mississippi, Markwayne Mullin of Oklahoma, Eric Schmitt of Missouri, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, and J.D. Vance of Ohio.
