Sen. John Kennedy says prices will continue to rise under Biden

As most Americans can attest, taking a trip to the grocery store or gas station under President Joe Biden has become nothing less than devastating for their bank accounts.

Inflation, under Biden, rose at record rates, yet the administration continues to tout a "drop" in the inflation number as if they were not the ones who created the problem in the first place.

According to Breitbart, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA), during a recent Fox News interview, delivered alarming remarks in his assessment that hypothetically, even if inflation dropped to zero right now, prices on everyday goods and services will continue to rise under the Biden administration.

"Because of President Biden’s inflation, and Bidenomics, [families are] paying an extra $700 a month, $9,000 a year, and they don’t have it. Yes, if there’s any good news, the rate of inflation has been thawing," Kennedy began.

Kennedy went on to explain that Biden's economic policies will keep prices on the rise, no matter what happens with the inflation rate.

"Now, what does that mean? That just means prices are still going up, but they’re not going up as quickly as they were. But these — I hate to say it, but these high prices, they are permanent. Even if inflation goes to zero tomorrow, we’re still going to be stuck with these higher prices, which are a direct result of President Biden’s economic policy," Kennedy said.

The Louisiana Republican called Biden's inflation a "cancer" on the American Dream.

"And do the people around the White House get it? I think some get it, but they can’t defend it. Others just feel like their favorite form of spending — which is causing this inflation — is more, and they don’t get it. But either way, this is all — this inflation’s a cancer on the American Dream," the Republican senator said.

Kennedy added, "And I will tell you, it’s going to be — I know President Biden wants to change the subject in the election to President Trump and his indictments, but if you ask me to single out one thing that is causing President Biden — as I said — to be about as popular as robocalls, it’s this inflation."

In a previous interview, Kennedy said Biden's inflation is gutting Louisiana residents "like a fish."

Biden and key White House officials have traveled to various events around the country to promote "Bidenomics," which is currently failing most Americans. Somehow, they pitch it as a good thing.

But the polls tell a much different story, as most Americans are sick and tired of the current conditions and will likely vote based on that feeling next year.
