Rudy Giuliani Decides NOT To Take Stand After Promising Otherwise

 December 15, 2023

The former mayor of New York City, Rudy Giuliani, just shocked everyone with his latest decision.

Giuliani, who is in the midst of a civil defamation trial, has decided not to testify.

For those who may not know, Giuliani is being sued by two election workers from Georgia, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea Moss, who say he led Americans to wrongly believe that they tried to cheat in the 2020 presidential election.

This decision to refrain from testifying most likely means the court will go right to the closing arguments.

If Giuliani loses the case, he will be facing a multi-million-dollar problem.

The onetime Trump lawyer has made his feelings on the matter crystal clear.

"They're seeking $40 million. Oh, yeah. They're seeking $40 million for the damage that I allegedly did to them. One of them did testify that she has no money. They do have an endless number of lawyers in the courtroom, however, for people that don't have any money," said Giuliani.

Maybe the most shocking part of this news is that the reason for Giuliani’s decision not to testify remains a mystery.

Just one day prior, Giuliani promised to take the stand and provide his testimony.

Why did he decide to drop out at the last minute?
