Ruby Franke Sentenced To Up To 60 Years In Prison

Convicted child abuser Ruby Franke just made a fool of herself.

She sobbed in court as she received a sentence of 60 years behind bars for the abuse of her children.

Franke is the woman who was arrested in the fall of 2023 after one of her starving children escaped from her house with horrific injuries and malnourishment.

The mother did not go to trial for her crimes. According to her, that is because she did not want the children to “relive” their trauma.

If only that sympathy had come into play while she was ABUSING her children.

While Franke cried in the courtroom, she also said that she was “committed to unlearning” her “toxic behavior.”

“I am humbled and willing to serve a prison sentence for as long as I need,” Franke said.

Well, according to the judge, that will be about 60 years, Ruby.

However, because of Utah law, she will only have to serve a maximum of 30 years.

For many, it isn’t nearly long enough.
