RFK Jr. drops healthy diet for a day to dine on McDonalds with Trump
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. dropped his healthy diet for a day in order to dine with President-elect Donald Trump on Saturday when he ate a McDonald’s meal while traveling to New York for the UFC 309 fight at Madison Square Garden.
Trump nominated Kennedy to become his Health and Human Services secretary following his victory in the presidential election two weeks ago.
Kennedy is campaigning to aggressively reform America's food supply and fast-food producers are among his top targets.
Trump’s son, Don Jr., captured a photo of the president-elect, Kennedy, Elon Musk, and House Speaker Mike Johnson all dining together, with the caption, "Make America Healthy Again starts TOMORROW."
Of course, on Saturday, it was all seed oils and fast food, and the look on Kennedy's face makes it clear he wasn't overly enjoying the prospect of eating McDonalds fare.
Nonetheless, the energy in the Trump campaign is high, and the different people and agendas that Trump has brought together are truly incredible. Kennedy is going to have a huge opportunity to make America healthy again after years of processed foods and poisonous ingredients.
