Republican States Want End To Biden's 'Parole' Migration Pipeline

February 17, 2023

At least 19 other Republican states are standing behind Texas and America First Legal, forming a coalition of 20 states filing a motion for preliminary injunction in federal court that asks the court to block President Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security from expanding the "catch and release" system currently in place at America's southern border.

America knew it was in trouble at the southern border from the moment Joe Biden got into office. It didn't take long for him to show that he was really dedicated to keeping the flow of immigrants across the America-Mexico border by appointing Kamala Harris as our "border czar."

She's done absolutely nothing to benefit America's security, but then again, she hasn't been to Europe, either.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was furious at Biden for "rolling out the red carpet for hundreds of thousands of aliens and using taxpayer dollars to bring them into the country." He added:

Instead of rolling out the red carpet for hundreds of thousands of aliens and using taxpayer dollars to bring them into the country, Joe Biden should be focused on securing our border. This illegal parole program is yet another example of Biden and Mayorkas’s desperation to ignore our nation’s laws to advance an open-borders agenda. Though nothing about the lawlessness of the Biden Administration has indicated that it even remotely cares about protecting our sovereignty and bolstering our border security, I will continue to sue to hold them to their duty to obey the law and protect American citizens.
