The radically progressive House "Squad" took an embarrassing hit this week as one of its own made the worst kind of history after being censured.
According to Breitbart, Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), the only Palestinian-American congressperson, was brutally censured by a full House vote after her disparaging anti-Israel remarks and behavior in the wake of the Hamas-led terrorist attack on Israel last month.
The vote to censure Tlaib was decisive at 234 - 188. A staggering 22 Democrats voted with Republicans to censure the Squad member. Four Republicans voted against the measure.
JUST IN: Democrat Rep. Rashida Tlaib has officially been censured for comments she made about Israel.
The move comes after members of the Squad had all out meltdowns on the House floor in an effort to stop the censure.

Breitbart noted:
Rep. Rich McCormick (R-GA), who introduced the measure, said that Tlaib’s comments were worthy of censure because she essentially called for the annihilation of Israel by sharing a video on X that included the phrase “from the river to the sea.”
"If this is not worthy of censure, what is? When you can call for the annihilation of a country and its people, if that’s not worthy of a censure, what is?" McCormick said on the House floor before the vote.
Tlaib attempted to argue that the phrase, widely known as a call to erase Israel, was not meant that way, explaining her interpretation of the phrase.
"From the river to the sea is an aspirational call for freedom, human rights, and peaceful coexistence, not death, destruction, or hate. My work and advocacy is always centered in justice and dignity for all people no matter faith or ethnicity," the Michigan Democrat said.
But others, like the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), begged to differ.
"It is fundamentally a call for a Palestinian state extending from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, territory that includes the State of Israel, which would mean the dismantling of the Jewish state," the ADL's website said.
It added, "It is an antisemitic charge denying the Jewish right to self-determination, including through the removal of Jews from their ancestral homeland."
Tlaib refused to budge, and went as far as suggesting that the censure vote was simply a way to distract from calls for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.
Rashida Tlaib doubles down on her use of the phrase: "From the river to the sea Palestine will be free" after being censured.
