US Sees Record 250k Southern Border Migrant Encounters In December

January 21, 2023

Just as Joe Biden intended at the start of his presidency when he appointed Kamala Harris our "Border Czar," the situation at our southern border is getting worse and worse every day.

December of 2022 shattered all records for the most migrant encounters along the U.S.--Mxico border.

Nearly 252,000 migrant encounters were reported in December in a midnight news dump that liberals hoped America wouldn't notice.

Unfortunately for them, we did.

Former acting ICE Director and Heritage Foundation fellow Tom Homan knows where the blame for this crisis needs to be placed, namely at the feet of the president. He said:

Joe Biden is the first president in my lifetime to intentionally un-secure the border. By way of more than 90 executive orders, he undid the successful Trump-era policies that brought illegal immigration to a 40-year low and gave us the most secure border of our lifetimes. This president and his team were warned what would happen if they got rid of those policies. They did it anyway, and you’re looking at the consequences.
