Peter Schweizer says it's not possible to separate Biden businesses from Joe Biden's political position

Peter Schweizer, the author of several books about political corruption, said on Hannity this past Friday that it is impossible to separate the Biden family businesses from President Joe Biden's political position of power.

“I mean, look, really, from the beginning, Joe Biden is the center of all of this,” he said. “Think when Hunter starts this business, Rosemont Seneca, that does the deals in China, that gets him hooked up in Ukraine, he starts it in 2009, just months after his father becomes vice president of the United States, up until that point, Sean, he had been a lobbyist for entities in Delaware lobbying his own father."

The comments come as some Democrats have claimed that Hunter Biden's business dealings don't implicate his father and that there's no proof Joe Biden did anything wrong.

But that theory doesn't answer one of the important questions surrounding the Biden family payouts, which centers on what business goods or services Biden family shell corporations were offering to get the payouts, because the answer is that there are none.

Schweizer puts it this way: "You cannot separate the Biden businesses from Joe Biden’s political position in power, and the notion that he just shows up and shakes hands and that just leads these foreign nationals to throw money at Hunter is laughable. These foreign nationals are sending money to Joe, to Hunter Biden and the Biden family because they know it’s going to give them special access and possible favors with the vice president of the United States.”

There is no other plausible explanation for the payouts than political access to and favors from Joe Biden, who at the time was the vice president and is now the president of the United States.
