Pawn Stars notable Rick Harrison's son Adam dies at 39

The middle son of Pawn Stars personality Rick Harrison, Adam Harrison, was discovered dead from an overdose at age 39 on Friday, according to PEOPLE.

Facts surrounding exactly when and where he overdosed were not clear from reports about his death.

"Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss," representative Laura Herlovich said on behalf of the Harrison family.

Adam was not seen on the Pawn Stars TV show because he was not an employee at the family's Las Vegas shop in recent years, as his older brother Corey was.

He did work at the store for a time prior to 2009, which was when the show began filming.

Rick Harrison also has a younger son, Jack, whom he shares with his second wife, Tracy.
