Lindsay Graham says Trump may not win in November
Sen. Lindsey Graham went on NBC News’ Meet the Press on Sunday and claimed that former President Donald Trump may not win the election in November if he doesn't change his campaigning style.
Graham's comment came in response to a question from moderator Kristen Welker who asked whether Trump should continue personally attacking Vice President Kamala Harris on the campaign trail.
Democrats have complained about Trump's "personal" attacks on Harris despite the fact those critiques are all legitimate, and this is coming from the same crowd that has been consumed by "orange man bad" for years.
Graham was in his element at NBC as he stated, "President Trump can win this election. His policies are good for America, and if you have a policy debate for president, he wins. Donald Trump the provocateur, the showman, may not win this election."
The senator thinks that Trump would be better off keeping the fight clean and sticking to policy.
While it's true that Trump's policy is ultimately what his supporters want, there's something to be said for Trump's willingness to not pull his punches. Lindsay Graham is the last person Trump should be listening to going into this crucial election.
