Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he was feeling "very good" as he waited to be released from the hospital Sunday due to a slight dizzy spell over the weekend.

Netanyahu, 73, was thought to be dehydrated after spending Friday in the sun in 104-degree temperatures during a visit to the Sea of Galilee.

Doctors ran a series of other tests to make sure nothing else is going on, but he was released Sunday afternoon with an implanted heart monitor that doctors said was routine.

A meeting of his cabinet was rescheduled to Monday, his office said.

Netanyahu has served several non-consecutive terms as Israel's leader, spanning 15 years.

He is thought to be in generally good health and has been back in office as prime minister since December.
