Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) slammed House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) for only releasing Jan. 6th protest surveillance footage to Fox News's Tucker Carlson.
Mace attacked McCarthy during an interview on CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday and said that McCarthy should have released the footage to every media outlet.
Host Kaitlan Collins began the interview by asking, "Obviously, we saw that happen on Fox News last week after Kevin McCarthy gave them 40,000 hours of footage. You said you want other people to get the footage. Was it a mistake for him to give it to one outlet, for them to portray it as they did?"
Mace responded by saying, "I said early on last month that the release of the footage was important, that it should be released to every outlet, including CNN, every media outlet, every defense attorney, so the public can see for itself."
Interestingly, Mace didn't have anything bad to say about those responsible for withholding the footage of the protest for so long in the first place.
It has been over two years, and the footage that Carlson showed to the nation has changed everything and exposed the leftist narrative. Mace should reserve her criticism for Democrats and the Biden administration for their criminal lack of transparency.
It's important to share the news to spread the truth. Most people won't.
