More Republicans may be about to jump into 2024 presidential race

Internal reports by those in the know say that Trump could soon have some company in his bid for the presidency.

Besides Nikki Haley, whose announcement is expected in the next few days, Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy are both seriously considering presidential runs that would begin soon.

Scott “is taking steps to run for president,” a report in the Wall Street Journal said Monday, citing "people familiar with his plans.”

Scott senior adviser Jennifer Casper told Breitbart that he is “excited to share his vision of hope and opportunity and hear the American people’s response.”

He is visiting Iowa and South Carolina, both among the first primary states, to be ready for that eventuality.

Ramaswamy has also visited Iowa and has a new book out decrying "wokeism" and ESG, a way of measuring whether you are making "socially responsible" choices (read liberal) while investing.
