Mike Johnson Says Biden's Staff Preventing Border Closure

Just like most of America, Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson, a Republican, wants to know if Joe Biden is REALLY the one pulling the strings in the Oval Office.

Certain reports indicate that Johnson believes that Biden might not be the man making decisions about America's southern border.

Biden keeps claiming that he can't take action at the border because he doesn't have the authority.

That's simply not true, and Johnson and many other members of Congress have made that point abundantly clear.

"He knows that he has the authority. We’ve documented it for him," Speaker Johnson said. "I’ve read to him the law myself — to the president. Read him the provisions of the law and said, ‘Mr. President, please take action.’ I don’t think he’s allowed to do it."

"I think it’s staff around him, and they’re pushing him to hold -- or to keep the border open," Johnson claimed.
