Microsoft AI Chatbot 'Hallucinates' Election Misinformation

A recent investigation into Microsoft's AI chatbot, Copilot, has revealed some very troubling things, according to Breitbart.com.

Apparently, Copilot has a bit of an issue with disseminating misinformation and conspiracy theories related to elections.

In one case, researchers asked the AI chatbot about corruption allegations against a Swiss lawmaker.

The AI chatbot immediately responded with details and sources backing up the idea that charges had been filed against this Swiss lawmaker.

The only issue with the information the chatbot spit out was that it was completely made up.

The AI machine had "hallucinated" the charges and supporting information.

A report in Wired suggests that the integrity of information being provided by AI chatbots isn't always reliable.

The scary part of this is that for some reason, Copilot seems to have more trouble telling the truth about things related to elections than any other subject.

Why is that?

I have a few ideas, but I don't want to be called crazy by the liberals.
