Michigan Court Nixes Challenge Against Trump's Spot On Ballot

 December 16, 2023

Donald Trump has just received yet another win.

The Michigan Court of Appeals announced on Dec. 14 that it will not stop Trump from appearing on the state's 2024 Republican primary ballot.

Trump's spot on the ballot had been being challenged by liberal haters who are saying that the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol unrest should exclude him from the next presidential contest.

The court didn't agree.

"Who to place on the primary ballot is determined by the political parties and the individual candidates," the court said in a unanimous opinion, citing Michigan law.

It looks like Trump is going to be on the ballot in Michigan after all, the same decision that was made by courts in both Minnesota and Colorado.

Democrats know that Trump is probably going to win the 2024 election, IF he is allowed to run.

Their strategy as a result?

Impede his path as much as possible.

It hasn't stopped the former president yet, but there's still a long way to go.
