Melania Trump Launches NFT Collection To Benefit Foster Kids

 June 30, 2023

Melania Trump is releasing the images.

They're just going to be in non-fungible token form.

The former first lady is rolling out "The 1776 Collection," a six-piece NFT set made up of images from around America.

Each one of the NFTs is said to include a "patriotic-themed music track."

Melania is using an "eco-friendly proof-of-stake blockchain protocol" named "Solana" for this project.

Just after the 2022 midterms, former President Donald Trump was sliding. At that point, people thought that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis would be the leader of the Republican Party in no time at all.

When Trump announced his NFT collection, America laughed. How mistaken we thought he was to think that he was still relevant after his endorsements hadn't done that well in 2022.

We were wrong. VERY wrong. They sold out almost instantly.

Now Melania is trying a similar concept. This time though, the proceeds are going to benefit foster kids.
