A 28-year-old U.K. man was arrested in South Yorkshire on Tuesday morning on suspicion that he threw objects at Nigel Farage, campaigning from his "battlebus" to return as prime minister.

Police tackled the man, who was shouting from a work site near the bus.

“Protest is allowed,” Farage said. “Protest is part of our democratic process. But protest needs to be within certain bounds. Protest does not involve chucking cement towards me, or even stones."

In a related note, a fundraiser in London for former President Donald Trump hosted by conservative actor Holly Valance and attended by Farage and Donald Trump, Jr. has raised $2 million before it even happened.

The fundraiser will be a reception with Trump Jr. and his fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle, a former Fox News host. Other guests in attendance will include former Trump National Security Advisor Ric Grenell and Woody Johnson, New York Jets NFL team owner and Trump’s ambassador to the U.K..

The former president will not be in attendance because he is campaigning in the U.S., but he might appear virtually. Categories for attendance include host committee for $100K per couple, dinner at $50K, and attendees at $10K. Valance is eligible to donate to Trump because she has an American green card.
