Liberal outlets trashe Trump for not mentioning anniversary in Truth Social posts
The liberal media will do anything to concoct negative stories about former President Donald Trump's relationship with his wife, former first lady Melania Trump.
That was evidenced recently in a Newsweek piece that made a massive deal over Trump's lack of posting about his 19th wedding anniversary.
The outlet noted that Trump "raged" against author E. Jean Carroll in several Truth Social posts, never once mentioning his anniversary.
Of course, the outlet has no clue what Trump did outside of his social media posts, and it's safe to say that his anniversary was acknowledged within the confines of their private life.
Newsweek noted:
Trump, the front-runner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, posted about the former Elle columnist 46 times on Truth Social ahead of what was supposed to be Monday's continuation of the second defamation trial that began last Tuesday and will determine how much Trump owes in damages.
The outlet recognized that the former president reposted a message of thanks from Melania Trump to all of those who offered their condolences in the wake of her mother's passing.
Her mother, Amalija Knavs, died earlier this month at 78. It was noted that the tragic loss of her mother has played a role in her decision to stay out of the media spotlight. However, the former president has hinted on several occasions that his wife will join him on the campaign trail at some point in time.
While Trump might not have acknowledged his anniversary on his Truth Social platform that day, plenty of social media users did.

Several social media users had words for Newsweek for running such an irrelevant and asinine story as actual news.
"Yawn. Newsweek. What a commie rag!!" one X user wrote.
Another X user wrote, "Just stop with your propaganda Newsweek what a fall from grace."
Newsweek noted:
Donald and Melania were married on January 22, 2005, after first meeting in September 1998 while the ex-president was separated from his then ex-wife, Marla Maples, with whom he had a child, Tiffany. Donald proposed to Melania in April 2004 at the Met Gala, and their son, Barron, was born after about one year of marriage.
The anti-Trump media will always publish garbage reports in an attempt to make something out of nothing. This was simply another example of that.
