LA passes 'sanctuary city' ordinance after Trump promises mass deportations
In recent years, liberals have come to depend on illegal aliens coming into this country and voting Democrat.
That's why they're in such a panic to make sure that as many immigrants as possible are ushered in quickly, particularly now that Donald Trump has promised mass deportations once he returns to the White House.
The city of Los Angeles, California, has officially declared itself a "sanctuary city" after realizing Trump was serious about deportation.
"As soon as I take office, we will immediately surge federal law enforcement to every city that is failing, which is a lot of them, to turn over criminal aliens, and we will hunt down, capture every single gang member, drug dealer, rapist, murderer, and migrant criminal that is being illegally harbored," Trump said.
At the meeting in which Los Angeles voted to make itself a sanctuary city, immigrants were outside chanting "What do we want? Sanctuary. When do we want it? Now!"
They weren't chanting in English.
Trump saw silly moves like this coming, which is why he's already working to stop liberals from undermining what's best for America.
"I will ask Congress to pass a law outlawing sanctuary cities nationwide," Trump said.
