Kim Kardashian missing from holiday video -- but not for the reason you think

Kim Kardashian was noticeably absent from a holiday lip sync video of Ariana Grande's "Santa Tell Me" that featured other members of her family, but she set the record straight on the reason for her absence.

Kylie Jenner shared the video, in which  Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian each lip synced a line of the song in their holiday best.

She said they "couldn't find Kimberly" to be in the video.

In the video's comments, Kim said, "Ummmm hosting is a lot of work, and this is my fave song!!!!!" adding, "Haterssss."

The family did, in fact, celebrate the holiday together, reportedly enjoying a live performance from Babyface and making authentic Armenian pancakes that they ate in matching pajamas on Christmas morning.
