Kevin McCarthy Says First Act Of New Congress Is Repealing 87,000 New IRS Agents

 January 11, 2023

Kevin McCarthy hasn't been speaker of the House for long, but that does NOT mean he's going to wait to take action.

He's going after liberal bloat already.

According to the Republican from California, repealing the liberal army of 87,000 "was our very first act of the new Congress."

The move by the new GOP-led House of Representatives was announced by Louisiana Rep. Steve Scalise, who added that every single Democrat in the House voted "no" on the repealing of 87,000 new IRS agents.

Plenty of other Republicans voiced their support as well.
