Kash Patel doesn't think it's 'coincidence' that Trump J6 judge is 'most biased' on DC circuit

Former President Donald Trump lawyer Kash Patel argued in a Breitbart exclusive that it is no coincidence that Trump was assigned the most liberal possible judge to oversee his case related to January 6.

U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan is so liberal and Trump-hating that she had to recuse herself from a 2017 case against Trump in the Russia hoax.

She ended up involved in controversy because it turned out that she was previously employed by the law firm trying the case, as was Hunter Biden and others.

For five contemporaneous years, Chutkan and Hunter Biden both worked for the Boies Schiller Flexner law firm.

The worst part was that she waited a month to initiate the recusal, and the entire matter had to be relitigated.

It seems like Trump could be in for a rough ride with Chutkan.
