Justice Thomas releases 2022 financial disclosures, proves leftist critics wrong

Radical leftists have relentlessly attacked U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas regarding his relationship with billionaire friend Harlan Crow.

Many believe the attacks are politically motivated and an act of revenge for the string of losses that the left has taken at the hands of the conservative-majority high court.

According to Breitbart, recent financial disclosures released by Thomas refute many of the left's accusations that he's treading thin ethical waters.

"Much of the noise to the contrary is based on malicious and sloppy reporting and attacks from partisans who disagree with his jurisprudence and want to drive him and others off the Court," said Elliot Berke, the attorney who prepared Thomas' financial disclosure.

Berke added: "This is calumny. Willful violations require intentional disregard or indifference. The attacks on Justice Thomas are nothing less than ridiculous and dangerous, and they set a terrible precedent for political blood sport through federal ethics filings."

Thomas has also received support from several members of Congress, including Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA), the vice chairman of the House Republican Conference, and Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), reported Newsmax.

The two Republican lawmakers issued a joint statement in which they wrote that the left "has been out to get Thomas for over 30 years."

"Despite their baseless attacks, he has not stopped standing up for the rule of law and the Constitution. He is a threat to the radical progressives' agenda because he openly defies them, and he cannot be intimidated. We pray for Justice Thomas and his family and thank him for his decades of faithful service to our nation," Johnson and Roy wrote.

Thomas recently received a boost from over 100 of his former law clerks, who insisted that Thomas' integrity is intact, and is stronger than most.

"As his law clerks, we offer this response. Different paths led us to our year with Justice Thomas, and we have followed different paths since. But along the way, we all saw with our own eyes the same thing: His integrity is unimpeachable," a letter from his army of former clerks read.

Leftist publications like the New York Times, The Atlantic, and like-minded leftists at ProPublica have amped up their smears against Thomas in recent months, a political agenda that might not be so transparent if these partisans were not simultaneously blasting another staunch judicial conservative, Justice Samuel Alito.

Clearly, radical leftists are running low on ways to attack the Supreme Court justice.
