Judge Shot And Killed Outside Home In Gun-Controlled Maryland

October 21, 2023

Washington County Circuit Court Associate Judge Andrew Wilkinson is dead.

He didn't have to die, but America has a mental illness problem.

Authorities believe that the Maryland judge was targeted because of an ongoing custody battle over which he had presided.

Sheriff Brian K. Albert said that "the victim was suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. He was transported to Meritus Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries."

Police have named Pedro Argote, 49, in connection with the shooting and said that the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.

Wilkinson was recently the judge in Argote's domestic relations, in which Pedro did NOT win custody of his children.

Instead, Wilkinson awarded custody to the children's mother.

It would appear as though Argote was not content to live with the ruling.

Wilkinson was murdered despite Maryland having "an 'assault weapons' ban, a 'high capacity' magazine ban, universal background checks, a red flag law, 'ghost gun' regulations, a permit-to-purchase for handguns, and other controls that Democrats at the federal level want for the entire nation."
