It's not real estate. It's not business. It's not golfing.
Without a doubt, Donald Trump's biggest strength is his gift of gab.
A federal magistrate judge just took that away.
The SAME federal magistrate judge who signed off on the raid on Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence last year, that is.
Judge Bruce Reinhart did say that Trump was allowed to view the evidence collected against him in his federal documents case, but with a few conditions:
Trump is only allowed to view the material while in the presence of attorneys, and he is not allowed to speak about any of the evidence publicly.
"Defendants shall only have access to Discovery Materials under the direct supervision of Defense Counsel or a member of Defense Counsel’s staff. Defendants shall not retain copies of Discovery Material," Judge Bruce Reinhart wrote in the order.
The Justice Department said that Bruce's decision was fair because "the materials also include information pertaining to ongoing investigations, the disclosure of which could compromise those investigations and identify uncharged individuals."
