Judge Gives Trump Order Not To Disclose Evidence

 June 21, 2023

A federal magistrate judge gave Donald Trump a serious order on Monday:

Do NOT disclose ANY information relating to the Mar-a-Lago case.

Prosecutors are saying that the investigation is still ongoing, and any comments by Trump would hinder that.

Trump is allowed to look at the evidence collected in the case, but only in the presence of attorneys. Then once he does see it, he is NOT allowed to speak about it.

"Defendants shall only have access to Discovery Materials under the direct supervision of Defense Counsel or a member of Defense Counsel’s staff. Defendants shall not retain copies of Discovery Material," said Judge Bruce Reinhart.

Those with a keen memory will recall that Reinhart was the judge who approved the search warrant on Trump's Mar-a-Lago property.

You know, that's the one where they got really creepy in Melania's underwear drawer and then stole the president's passport.

That one, I'm sure you remember.
