Judge Dismisses Attempt To Keep Trump Off Nevada Ballot

After the horrific injustices experienced by Donald Trump in states like Colorado and Maine, where he was booted off the primary ballot, other states tried to pull off the same nonsense on their own ballots.

Luckily, common sense seems to be winning out more often than not, as these measures seem to be getting shot down in other states.

The latest place where this just happened would be in Nevada, where "U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro on Monday dismissed a lawsuit that sought to keep former President Donald Trump off the ballot in Nevada under a 14th Amendment challenge that has succeeded so far in two other states."

It would appear as though Donald Trump is NOT going to experience the same fate as he did in Colorado, but it is worth mentioning WHY the judge threw out the lawsuit.

Navarro didn't dismiss the lawsuit because of the merits of the 14th Amendment arguments raised, she dismissed it because of the plaintiff's "lack of standing."

For now, Trump is safe in Nevada.
