Judge Blocks Law Banning Librarians From Showing Minors 'Harmful' Material

A federal judge has made a pretty startling decision in regard to an Arkansas state law.

The law says that libraries and booksellers would be subject to criminal charges if they provided "harmful" materials to minors.

Judge Timothy L. Brooks for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas did NOT agree with the statute, however.

He "issued a preliminary injunction against the law, which was set to take effect Aug. 1."

The measure had been signed into law earlier this year by the new governor of Arkansas, Republican Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

It wasn't that long ago that liberals were telling us that our children were safe from being brainwashed by their "woke" culture.

They promised us they weren't coming for our children.

Fast forward to 2023, and that's EXACTLY what they're doing.

"We're here, we're queer, we're not going shopping...
We're here, we're queer, we're COMING FOR YOUR CHILDREN."
