The recent debate between Democrat John Fetterman and Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz was a disaster for Democrats. However, that didn't stop the hosts of ABC's The View from trying to save face by pretending that Fetterman succeeded.
Fetterman joined The View via video chat with the help of closed captioning due to his health struggles following a stroke he suffered in May.
That stroke has severely impeded Fetterman's faculties, but Democrats have done everything in their power to hide the truth from voters. Unfortunately, the debate blew the lid on just how bad things were for Fetterman.
None of that mattered to The View co-host Sunny Hostin who told Fetterman, "I think you look and sound great." Co-host Sarah Haines also jumped on board the bandwagon saying, "It's clear your post-stroke troubles are not cognitive and would not hinder you as a senator."
This partisan behavior is no surprise coming from The View, but it is still troubling.
Democrats pushed a clearly declining Joe Biden into the White House, and now they want to push a clearly impaired Fetterman into the U.S. Senate consequences be damned.
