Poll: Voters Give Biden Low Marks On Handling Of Economy

May 24, 2023

President Joe Biden is failing at handling the economy, and at the same time, he's launched a reelection campaign.

Democrats put Biden's handling of the economy worse than his overall job performance as President of the United States.

Biden announced in late April that he will run for a second term in 2024.

In his reelection announcement, Biden said he will "battle for the soul of America."

It's almost laughable at this point, as Americans have suffered under Biden's failing economy, open borders, and many other policies that have put massive burden on the American people.

"Americans appear unimpressed by the job he has done thus far, with a mere 33% of U.S. adults supporting his handling of the economy in a recent Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll. Just 24% rated economic conditions as good," reported JustTheNews.

"Democrats rated his handling of the economy worse than his overall job performance, with 61% backing him on the issue compared to 75% who approved of him more broadly. Overall, his approval stood at 40%," JustTheNews reported.

Biden also scored low on immigration and guns, with only 31% of respondents supporting his handling of those matters.

Americans are clearly sour on the Biden economy, among other things, so it doesn't look like a reelection campaign was the best decision for Biden. But we already know he and those in his administration aren't the best decision-makers.
