President Joe Biden denied on Friday that over $1 million in payments were made to his family members in 2017 from Chinese-owned entities even though Congress now has the bank records to prove it.

The GOP members of the House Oversight Committee confirmed on Thursday that they had documents in their possession proving that Hunter Biden, James Biden and Hallie Biden received payments from Hunter business associate Rob Walker related to a joint venture with Chinese energy firm CEFC.

Despite this proof, Biden claimed, "That's not true" when asked about the payments by a reporter on Friday.

The payments were made to Biden family members after Walker wired $1.065 million to European Energy and Infrastructure Group in Abu Dhabi, a company associated with Hunter Biden business partner James Gilliar.

Besides Hallie, James and Hunter Biden, money was also deposited into an unknown account labeled only "Biden." Could this have been Joe Biden?

Hunter Biden acknowledged the payments but said they had nothing to do with any other family members like the president and called the investigation a "right-wing conspiracy."
