Jim Jordan reveals House Republicans could impeach Merrick Garland 'at a pretty quick pace'

 July 24, 2023

Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) revealed that the House of Representatives could impeach Attorney General Merrick Garland "at a pretty quick pace," following whistleblower testimony in front of the House Oversight Committee.

Jordan is the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and his statement indicates that unlike the impeachment of DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Garland could be impeached extremely soon.

During an appearance on Fox News' Sunday Morning Futures, Jordan explained "I will tell you this the speaker has been very clear, Speaker McCarthy has said if we have to go to an impeachment inquiry, we will, in fact, do that. It sure looks like now, based on the evidence that keeps piling up, based on what Sen. Grassley released this week, the 10-23 form, what we heard from the whistleblowers this past week, and the conflicting statements from the justice department, it sure looks like we’re moving in that direction at a pretty quick pace."

The investigation into Hunter Biden's illicit business activities has revealed a lot of damning information about Garland.

Whistleblower testimony's have painted a picture of Garland as President Joe Biden's insurance policy. Garland has been actively stonewalling and obstructing investigations into the Biden family business.

All of that will be coming to an end if Republicans in the House impeach him and then poach enough votes in the Senate to have Garland removed.
