'January 6 talk': Trump calls for supporters to protest his arrest if he is indicted

The leftist media went into a frenzy on Saturday after former President Donald Trump called on supporters to protest his arrest if he is indicted next week as was leaked by a source in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office.

Bragg's office told Fox News on Friday that there is a plan to meet with law enforcement about "logistics for some time next week," which indicates a planned indictment.

The leak led Trump to post on Truth Social in all capital letters on Saturday morning:

NOW ILLEGAL LEAKS FROM A CORRUPT & HIGHLY POLITICAL MANHATTAN DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE, WHICH HAS ALLOWED NEW RECORDS TO BE SET IN VIOLENT CRIME & WHOSE LEADER IS FUNDED BY GEORGE SOROS, INDICATE THAT, WITH NO CRIME BEING ABLE TO BE PROVEN, & BASED ON AN OLD & FULLY DEBUNKED (BY NUMEROUS OTHER PROSECUTORS!) FAIRYTALE, THE FAR & AWAY LEADING REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE & FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WILL BE ARRESTED ON TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK. PROTEST, TAKE OUR NATION BACK!

Mainstream media sources (of course) focused only on the last sentence, comparing it to Trump's words before thousands breached the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Never mind that Trump didn't call on them to do anything illegal then, and he's not doing that now either. If Trump is indicted, it won't mean anything because of the way he has been persecuted and treated more harshly than any other politician in a very long time, and possibly ever.
