A member of Special Counsel Jack Smith's prosecuting team discouraged the FBI from investigating foreign contributions to the Clinton Foundation in 2016, according to a report from Fox News.

The network reported Friday that Ray Hulser, who led the Justice Department’s Public Integrity Section in 2016 and now serves as a prosecutor on Smith's team going after former President Donald Trump, was the official who declined to prosecute the Clinton Foundation.

The Clinton Foundation had similar goings-on to the Biden family, with banks filing suspicious activity reports and foreign transactions that were ostensibly offered for favors from someone who could be president soon.

Three different local field offices were investigating, but Hulser downplayed everything and declined to prosecute on behalf of the DOJ.

At almost the exact same time, the investigation into Trump's connections to Russia began.

Now, Hulser and Smith are full speed ahead on trying to put Trump in jail during an election year. If Smith and his team didn't have double standards, as they say, they wouldn't have any standards at all.
